Billing & Subscription FAQ

If I don't use all my credits, can I carry them over to next month?

Yes. Subscription credits are valid for 90 days from the date they're granted, so unused credits carry across billing cycles (you can hold up to about 3 months' worth; the earliest-expiring credits are consumed first).

How long do my credits stay valid?

Monthly plans: each cycle's credits are valid for 90 days from the grant date and carry over across cycles (up to about 3 months' worth can accumulate; the earliest-expiring is consumed first).

Annual plans: 12× the monthly credits are granted in one batch, valid until your anniversary date.

Credit packs: valid for 90 days from purchase, independent of your subscription cycle.

Free tier: the 100-credit sign-up gift is valid for 30 days.

If I cancel my subscription, do I lose my remaining credits?

No. Canceling only stops future renewals. Credits already granted remain usable until they expire — 90 days from the grant date for monthly credits, your anniversary date for annual credits. Credit packs stay valid for 90 days from purchase regardless of your subscription status.

Can I use next month's credits in advance?

No. Future credits haven't been granted yet, so they can't be used in advance. You can, however, keep using unexpired credits granted in earlier cycles (each grant is valid for 90 days). If you need more, purchase a credit pack.

What if I run out of credits this month?

You have two options:

  • Purchase a credit pack anytime — pack credits are valid for 90 days from purchase.
  • If you consistently need more, upgrade your plan for a larger credit allowance (effective immediately).
Can I buy a credit pack on its own?

No. Credit packs can only be purchased with an active subscription. Pack credits are valid for 90 days from purchase, independent of your billing cycle.

I bought a credit pack but didn't use it all — can I get a refund?

No. Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased; any unused portion expires 90 days after purchase.

Will my credit pack expire if I change or upgrade my plan?

It won't be affected. Pack credits stay valid for 90 days from purchase, regardless of a plan change or upgrade (an upgrade does not reset the renewal date).

What's the difference between a plan change and a plan upgrade?
  • Plan change: takes effect after your current subscription ends, for planning your next cycle in advance.
  • Plan upgrade: takes effect immediately, moving you to a higher tier within the current cycle (the cycle end date stays the same).

In short: choose change to switch next cycle, or upgrade to move up a tier now.

What happens to my credits and billing period when I upgrade?

Upgrading takes effect immediately, but your billing cycle is not reset: the cycle end date stays the same, and you only pay the prorated price difference for the remaining days.

  • Existing credits are kept: unused credits from your old plan stay available until their original expiry (90 days from their grant date, or your anniversary date for annual credits).
  • Prorated credit difference: we grant the difference between the new and old plan's monthly credit amounts, prorated by the remaining cycle time, valid for 90 days (until your anniversary date when upgrading within an annual plan). Upgrading to an annual plan grants the full 12× monthly credits at your next renewal (the new anniversary date).
  • Credit packs: any still-active credit pack keeps its original 90-day expiry — plan changes and upgrades no longer extend it.
When does a changed or upgraded plan take effect?
  • Plan change: after your current subscription cycle ends.
  • Plan upgrade: immediately, but the current billing cycle stays the same (the end date is unchanged).
Can I switch from monthly to annual billing?

It depends on which action you take:

  • Plan change: No. A plan change only switches your tier within the same billing cycle — monthly stays monthly, annual stays annual.
  • Plan upgrade: Yes. When upgrading to a higher tier, you can choose either monthly or annual billing.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. You can turn off auto-renewal in your account at any time; your paid plan stays active until the current cycle ends.
